After signing in you see the sidebar on the left and your workspace on the right. Everything you create is yours alone, until you deliberately share it with a team.
The sidebar
- Files: your folders, documents, spreadsheets and photos.
- Task board: cards in columns, from To do to Done.
- Whiteboard: a blank canvas for ideas, notes and arrows.
- Pages: tables with columns you choose.
- Projects: a project with phases, tasks, files and hours.
You can arrange the sidebar yourself: rename headings and move items around. That way what you use most is at the top.
Workspaces
At the top of the sidebar you switch between your own workspace and the teams you're a member of. Each workspace has its own sidebar.
Searching and opening quickly
Use the search box to find files and pages by name. Right-clicking a file or folder opens the menu with open, rename, move and share.
