I can't sign in
Check that you're using the right email address and whether you started with Google or with a password. Otherwise choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen. If you see a message that your browser is too old, update it.
My upload doesn't work
Check whether your storage is full (at the bottom of the sidebar). Free up space, including in the bin, or choose a larger plan. For a large upload, try again with a stable connection.
I can't see my team's folder
You only see a team folder once you're a member of the team. Ask the owner for an invitation and check that you clicked the link in the email.
A document won't open
Refresh the page. If it still won't open, download the file from the right-click menu and check whether the file itself is all right.
