Grouping by a choice
If your table has a choice column (a status, for example), you can group the rows by it. Each choice becomes a group with a heading; you see straight away how many are in each group.
Formulas
A formula column calculates like a spreadsheet: add up columns, multiply, or refer to a column on another page. You type the formula once; every row works it out.
Links
With a link column you pick one or more rows from another page. That way you link a source to a chapter, for example, or a person to a task.
Choices from your task board
A choice column can also use the columns of a task board. The choice then follows the board's column names, including the colour.
