Everything is in your profile, the Subscription tab. You also get there by clicking the storage bar in the sidebar.
Paying
- You pay the first month with iDEAL. For that you tick that you agree and that you want to start straight away.
- After that you receive an invoice by email each month with a payment link. You have 10 days to pay; after 3 days you get a reminder. If you don't pay, you can only read.
- At the bottom you see your invoices, with Pay and Download.
Switching
More space starts straight away; the new price applies from the next invoice. Less space starts at the next invoice, and only if your usage fits. Extra storage then stops too.
Cancelling and withdrawing
- Cancel subscription: your plan runs until the end of the paid month. Until then you can Undo cancellation.
- Withdraw: within 14 days of starting. It then stops straight away and you get back the days you did not use.
