Views, filters and colour rules

A view is a way of looking at the same rows. You can create as many as you like; they appear as tabs above the table.

Setting up

Choose View settings:

  • Group by: works on a choice column. Without a choice column this option is not there.
  • Filter: shows only the rows you need now.
  • Sort: puts the rows in order. Clicking a column header also works.
  • Total below the table: adds up a number column.
  • Colours by a rule: gives rows a colour by itself, for example everything with a certain status.
  • Columns: turn columns on or off with the column picker. A hidden column is not gone.

A new view

The plus next to the tabs creates a view. The three dots on the open tab give the menu: set up, rename, make a copy, make default or delete.
