The gallery: sharing and using boards and pages

The gallery has task boards and pages made by others. You can add them straight to your own workspace. If you made something others can use, you can share it here.

Using something

  1. Open Community in the sidebar and choose an item.
  2. Click Add to my workspace. Choose a name and optionally a folder; empty means your own Documents.
  3. The item opens straight away. It is now completely yours.

You get your own copy. It is separate from the item: changes by the maker do not reach it automatically, and nobody else sees what you change. If the maker removes the item, your copy simply stays.

Sharing something yourself

  1. In Files, right-click a task board, page, whiteboard, note, table or folder and choose Share in community. Or click Share something in the gallery.
  2. The first time you choose a public name. Your email address is never visible.
  3. Give your item a title and a short description, and add up to 3 screenshots.
  4. Check under This becomes public what others will see. Choose whether the cards or rows in it now are included as an example.
  5. Tick that it is your own work and click Share.

We look at your item before it becomes visible. You hear from us as soon as that has happened. If it was not approved, it says why. My items shows how things stand.

What is included?

  • Included: columns, labels, views, subpages and, if you choose so, the cards or rows.
  • Never included: people, dates, hours, uploaded files, version history and who has access.
  • Cleared: anything pointing outside the item, such as a link to another page. The window shows what that is.

You share a copy of that moment. Later changes do not follow automatically; use Share a new version on your item's page to send a new version. Nobody gets access to your original.
