A whiteboard can follow something: it then stays up to date by itself. Right-click an empty spot on the board (on a phone: hold it for a moment), choose Follow and then Folder..., Task board... or Calendar....
- Folder: the files from that folder are on the board. If something is added, you see it here too.
- Task board: the cards of the board are on the whiteboard. You can move them here and add a card.
- Calendar: the coming appointments are on the board.
- Page: drag a page onto the board and you see it as a table.
If you have a task board, you put it on a whiteboard from the board's menu with Put on a whiteboard.
