Laying out a row's page

Each row is also a page of its own: open it with the button in the row, or with the Open button on a phone. There is room for more than fits in a cell.

Arranging

Press Layout. What you change now applies to all rows of this page and is saved straight away. You add blocks:

BlockWhat it is
FieldsColumns of the table, one below the other
Side by sideTwo columns of fields
ExplanationA fixed text, the same for each row
NoteFree text per row
Linked rowsRows from another page
ImageFrom a column of the File type

Each block has its own menu for the title, the order and another tab. Right-click a field to hide it or change the column.

Tabs

An extra tab keeps a long page tidy. A tab can hold fields, or another page linked to this row.

In a team

Only the owner and an administrator change columns, views and the layout. A member fills in the rows; a reader only looks.
